Total Posts: 1 | I have a TI 84 +/SE that I bought new in 2005. A week ago, it stopped turning on, and I changed the batteries yesterday. Nothing. I spent some time today putzing around in the garage and got the back cover off. There was light corrosion I managed to remove using compressed air, a tire pump, and a paintbrush, but the calculator still won't turn on. I've replaced the backup battery and the AAAs again, but to no avail. My mum thinks the display is hosed. Does anyone know a place that can repair calculators?

Total Posts: 171 | I don't think there are any places that do that. Four years is a pretty good lifetime for a calc anyway.
