I recently bought the TI-84 Plus SE

and i want to know how to put games and MirageOS and stuff like that on there, and what i need to put on the calc, and where to download the stuff.

I figured out how to put games and stuff on there.

now i want to know if you can password protect the calc, and how to do it.

To password protect your calc look for a program in our archive. I'm sure there is at least one in there.

Make sure it is written in ASM or it will be useless. Basic programs can be broken out of. So a basic password program wouldn't be secure at all.

If you are using MirageOS, then simply activate the password protection it has built in.

It depends on what you want the password to block. MirageOS has it's own option for passwords, so if you just want to block access to that, use the MirageOS password program. We can show you how.

If you want a password for as soon as you turn on the calculator, then look in our archives under ASSEMBLY programs. We should have one.

Krolypto is an application that password protects (and has a few more nifty features), you can find it at ticalc.org, in the 84+ Flash Applications section.
