Did you try pressing [ENTER] after closing the parenthesis?

does the game have to be for an 89 titanium to work or can it be for a 89, it also did the same thing for the hockey game.

Did you send BOTH of these files:
tetris89.89y
tetris89.89z
?

Also, according to the readme, a kernel is not required, so save yourself from getting PreOS.

I just tested it on an emulated TI-89 OS v2.09 HW2, and it worked fine. What version OS and HW do you have? (I don't think it would make a difference though)

Same with the hockey game, you must send all three files in the Ti-89 folder to your calculator. These games come with readmes that contain installation instructions.

Press [2ND] + [LEFT] + [RIGHT] + [ON] to reset it.

What OS and HW versions do you have? The game worked fine for me, so it may be that you need to update.

OH! You have an 89 Titanium. This kind of info helps :|

Download GhostBuster, put it on your calculator, and delete the file named "tetris" (keep "ztetris"). At the home screen, type in this:
ghostb("ztetris","tetris")
After it's done running, you should no longer have "ztetris," but a new file called "tetris," that is larger than before. Run this to play the game.

I put ghostbuster on the calc, and did what you told me and it still does not work, it says done, and in the bottom left corner it says ztetris not found

. . . Put ztetris and ghostb in folder MAIN, make sure MAIN is your current folder, and try again.

That sounds about right to me. Let's try this in a different way:

At the home screen, find "ghostb" in var-link and press enter.
Type a double quote.
Go to the var-link window, find "ztetris," and press enter.
Type another double quote, a comma, a double quote, another double quote, and close the parenthesis. Press enter.
