I think it has been enough so far. Getting told via PM that he never flamed at all on this website while he told a newbie he was an idiot in a bold caps letter message of 3 lines, and bashed TI-Freak several times because he is making Pokémon as well.

If he can't act nice toward everyone here, this is the reason why some people including me aren't nice to him and he's not welcome at all anymore.

Feel free to sign this petition if you want something to happen. To admins, feel free to lock or delete this topic if you feel it is unfair or innapropriate.

Ok like I said, I was talking about on Maxcoderz Kevin. Not here. If it came off wrong then I guess that was wrong. Ok, I sent you another PM restating this. I have flamed here before but that's because I get angry and such things just happen.

i think this is pretty immature, myself. although 1h is not such a gentlemen on these forums, we shouldnt ban him for that. weve had worse.
i think.
but thats not the point. i thinkwe should do this:
officially warn him of his actinos and then punish accordingly to his actions thereafter.

Iff Hydralisk has posted the above, the above is stupid.

When I read the FAQ in the begining and the TOS, it didn't say that I had to be a gentlemen.

Freedom of speech != freedom of consequence of that speech.

This forum doesn't have very strong rules. However, there are new people joining all the time. Someone may join here, as his first forum ever in his life, not knowing about forum netiquette, so he may post in your topic asking a calc question, if you respond to him with an angry post written in bold caps letters and even tell him he is an idiot and use lot of swearing, prepare to get bashed back or to get warned. In this case someone even deleted your post.

If you abuse your free speech right, assume the consequence. In real life, if you insult someone, if you threaten to put fire at his home or cause vandalism, you assume the consequences of your action.

I salute you for wanting to hack my website if you get banned. If you really feel that Omnimaga should dissapear, no matter what the users want, then go ahead, crack my e-mail, get my password, then follow the forum link called forgot password on the login page to get my forum password then click that damn delete button in the Admin CP or mess up the forums and take over it. Or you can do it in another way if you want to if you use a different way to crack websites. You can even delete my MTV Music Generator forum as well, or even delete the Omnimaga FTP on United-TI. It is up to you. You can even delete MaxCoderz, United-TI, Calcgames, Ticalc.org, Revsoft, Cemetech, TI-Freakware, OTBP and the xLIB Guru if you want to. Did I forgot any site? Oh, and there's a bunch of french TI forums as well but there's lot of website so that may take you a while.

Just good luck with the cops if you accidentally mess up something on Invisionfree while hackign Omnimaga or TI-Freakware if you find an alternative to password guessing

EDIT: Oh, CalcHaven, I almost forgot! It's another TI site
EDIT 2: Oh snap, the site is gone :(

OK, locking this topic too. I believe in freedom of speech just as much as everyone else (seeing as how I defend it), but FFS, some people just take it too far.

Breaking the lock, but seriously. Internet petitions mean NOTHING. Stop making them. No point at all.

Also, freedom of speech does not necessarily need to be granted on every web site in the world, even on ones based on servers in the United States (which is not the case of our website anyway, AFAIK).
