TI-83+ OS 1.19 ReleasedAndy
TI has released OS 1.19 for the TI-83+ and TI-83+ SE. Note that at press time, that page still says OS 1.18. Click the download link and you will find 1.19.

I cannot find any differences in this OS in my five minutes of poking around. There is no lockdown that responds to Left+Right+On, nor does it do the asymptope checking. If anyone finds any differences, please let us know.

I see, it's on my calc. Nothing different that I see. Maybe just internal code to avoid RAM clearings and such.

Yeah, Andy said it's like 878KB larger than 1.18, but we can't seem to tell a difference, as mentioned elsewhere, it seems that TI is just changing little things to allow for the OS to operate with devices and computers with more ease.

No no no no no! I said that running diff on 1.18 and 1.19 produced an 878KB result file! It has nothing to do with the file size. Go read your diff(1) man page!
