Krzysztof Rodak releases Kirby's Quest for TI-89zkostik
Krzysztof Rodak has released Kirby's Quest for the TI-89 a few days ago. I must say that he has created a very, very good version of Kirby for the TI-89. Those of us who are actively on the 68k scene and probably most others have seen or heard of Kirby's TI Land made by Time To Team group which has received many raving comments. Now Krzysztof's Kirby installment shows some good competition by providing not only awesome graphics port but also a multitude of features found in the original game which include flying, swimming, eating and spitting enemies, ability to mimic enemy powers, and best of all, included level editor so that everyone can have their go at creating levels for this great game. So, everyone with TI-89 go ahead and grab yourself a copy of this game if you haven't already done so. You can look at some other game screens (including animated one) and extended info over HERE or go directly to download by clicking HERE.Enjoy the game and don't forget to rate and/or review it!

You know, I had an older version of this game on my 89, but still, this update adds a bunch of very nice options, including save!

I thought for sure this was going to end up a stolen Kirby's TI Land, but it isn't, which is very good. I'm a HUGE kirby fan!

It didn't come with any screenshots so I decided to just check it out and make a couple while I was playing it....well, I more than checked it out. I ended up playing it for over an hour with VTI!! It is a very good installment!

Same here M, I was really curious as to how good this one would be comparing to Kirby's TI Land and boy, I could probably even say I liked that one better.

You should try my 'emulator' Sim to make it work on 92+ and V200 : http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/284/28410.html (Run sim("kirbdat"), not sim("kirby")).

Wow Oliver, this is a very cool prog you've come up with. It's much needed! Mind if we add it to our archive here? Thanks.

Unfortunately this program did not become as popular as I expected, considering the work it has required. I really don't mind if you add it to the archive.

Re: Krzysztof Rodak releases Kirby's Quest for TI-89zkostik
Well, this is apparently a common case on ticalc since they have far too many files in their archives. Perhaps if they were featuring more files things might have been better. We'll see how your file goes here at CG. EDIT: Hey Morgan, think you'd want to feature this file? I think its well worth it and no other site has mentioned it before. If you don't have time then please let me know and I'll feature it myself.
