TI-59 Emulator has been Releasedallynfolksjr
TI-59 Emulator

An interesting windows program has been uploaded. I say interesting because it's a emulator of the TI-59, a very early programmable calculator, complete with red digits on the screen! I highly doubt that many people reading this know how to work a TI-59's programming features, and it doesn't help that the programs help files are in Czech, but most things the intelligent user could figure out. Amazingly enough, there are games for the 59, like the TI 59 Treasure Island Game. Download this just for the retro value, Have fun.

I would have to say that this emulator beats VTI as far as ease of use.

The 59. Wow. Is the community at an all-time low, or am I just prejudiced against "retro" calculators?

Morgan...what did you do to my beautiful article? :-) Also, it says posted by "allynfolksjr" but the email over that is morgan@cg....don't know why it says that, maybe a script problem, I'll look into that when I'm in a better mood. (long story, parts of it are on my website).
