I downloaded a bunch of games, but I just dont know how to transfer it. It always seems to go in programs than nothing works, what do i do?

I can't seem to get the ion thing it's telling me about, is there an easy explanation to this?

You have to download and install Ion. What kind of calculator do you have? If you have a TI-83+ OR a TI-84+, you can download the Ion at the link above. Read the readme files. They'll help you out a lot.

i got it working, but it seems to be on a tilt, can i do anything about that?

This should fix it, given you're not using an 83+.

Actually, it's a choice. If you want to be able to do all kinds of fun stuff in the shell, and don't care if you lose an app block, use Mirage. Otherwise, use the Ion shell you already have.
