ROM v1.15 Released for the 83+	zkostik
okay, i just got 1.15 installed on my 83+ and no noticeable changes were seen. i don't plan to buy the calc keyboard cuz it's way overpriced and don't plan on buying a CBL either. does anyone see any reasons for this upgrade except for just having the latest OS installed? --- 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0

it both sounds and looks pretty stupid, TI has released a couple pretty useless roms recently, e.g. the 1.14, which just allowed u to use TI connect (which i think is just crap) and 2.08 doesn't do much either right (too lazy to install)? is the keyboard even foldable like the palm/pocketpc ones? b/c the picture didn't look like it.

actually, 2.08 is somewhat worthy unlike 1.15/1.14 which didn't add any new functions of anything. i think TI just thinks it needs to release a new ROM once in a while to keep people coming to their site or just keep them interested. 1.15 seems like pointless 'update'. 2.08 at least adds some trig functions, 'clack' and of course that icon desktop. the desktop design is pretty ugly and it sucks that only apps can be shown on the desktop. well, i did spend time installing those and don't feel like wasting more time going to previous OS... --- 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0
