Other not-so-bad items besides the clock are the "flying disc" (frisbee), and the hooded sweatshirt. and when i say not-so-bad, i mean the quality is quite good, and the design is pretty good.

just wanted to add my experience with the calcgames.org store

i ordered this mousepad (very high quality and awesome design) as well as the clock (nice design, very simple - uses just 1 AA battery) about 5 months ago and both are still in perfect shape. i have yet to change the battery on the clock and it's still ticking with the correct time - and the mousepad design isn't peeling or fading at all. the reason i purchased these was to support calcgames.org, but i'm glad i did even if they didnt get any money from me cus these are great products.

as soon as you guys get some better designs on the other products ill be buying those too.

btw, it was easy to buy from cafepress. just gave them the billing information, it arrived at my house on schedule (very fast shipping) and in 1 package with plenty of protective wrapping. i could tell these cafepress people put a lot of effort into making everybody happy, cause i was happy with their service.

i also bought a few of those stickers even though they're way too expensive. i think i got 3 of them. put 1 on my math class's door window, 1 on a metal pole going through del taco drivethru, and i still have 1...

well, i'm glad you're happy with your stuff. i'm yet to buy some for myself...i need this clock in white B! :)

also, i'd like to point out that our store is not for profit purposes but is for fun and to help with site hosting costs. we don't try to make money off of you and offer our goods almost at the base price of Cafeshops. our merchandise is high quality and you won't be disappointed with your purchase, take it from Barrett who tested out about every piece we sell to make sure it very high quality.

almost forgot, later on we'll also sell other merchandise not related to CG, just to have some variation. stay tuned for updates.

alright, thanks everyone!

Z and B. Did either of you two get my e-mail with the new picture. It is the same as the one on the mouse pad but I was able to brighten it up and increase the quality (reason for 4 segments)? When I get my laptop, which I'll be ordering in about a month, I will also get some stuff from the store, i.e. mousepad, clock, and maybe a shirt.

Well I was going to make a news I tem for this but I'm tired of seeing the same news in three or four different locations. <a href=http://education.ti.com target="_blank">TI</a> just released their Organizer Application and it is free. I've been waiting for this to out for almost a year but now I have a PDA so I probably won't get it. Oh it will also make my calc take longer to reset if I install it.

Edit: It is 68k compatible and TI also released two applications that advance the use of the TI Navigator (or whatever it is called)

ugh.... Z will you look into making it so the filter only changes words on output? (the same way your smilies work) (the filter being what changes f*** into f*** and ticalc.org into the hyperlink

If your talking about the error in my comment it is easy to explain. You probably already know the cause of it. I forgot to check the "*HTML" box after I edited in order for TI to remain TI not <a href=http://education.ti.com target="_blank">TI</a>.

yeah - i think it's a problem cus EVERY single time someone edits their post and they used a hyperlink, it'll get all messed up.

if they check html, all their line breaks will dissappear (unless they also added <br>'s, another hassel)

if they don't check html, you get those crazy things... oh well...

hey michael do you think you could send me another version of that image without the white fading border? i tried cropping it off but it won't fit on the mousepad... so i need a few more pixels.

it definitely would look better on the mousepad without that border.. (of course we'll keep the current one on white shirts and stuff...)

Sure. I'll send you a version w/o a white border and w/ a black border (just so you can see what it looks like). Barrett and Z, I just finished another one for you guys and it does lokk pretty cool. There are only two minor visual errors that can be fixed but I'll be suprised if anyone spots them w/o the full sized image. I call it "Reflection," check your @calcgames.org accounts.

EDIT: Opps, Z I accidentally sent the second version of the pic to your hotmail account. I await your critiques on my work, good and bad.
