Total Posts: 2486 | Hey guys, we appreciate all of your input but I'd like to mention some DO's and DONT's as far as all reviewing goes. I don't point out any names, this is just some general stuff we'd like you to keep in mind.
> When writing a review, make it look good. Don't make it look like crap.
> Constructive criticism is welcomed for all files, including ones made by calcgames.org team (Tankers, SAS, etc.). Please don't write flames. Flames make people feel bad and are usually insulting. All flames will be removed and your account will most likely be terminated.
> Don't write a review if you have nothing to say about a file you're goint to review. There's only one review allowed for each file and it'd be better if you really have something good/bad to say about it.
> Although it's allowed, it's best you don't review your own files but rather let others do so. It may take some time, but it will be a more correct descriptions of what others think of your file.
> If you really don't like something don't review it but use the rate it instead.
> Justify the point score you give a file you're reviewing by filling out a comment field. This will let file's author know the weaknessed of their program and will provide them with info for improvement.
> Comment field if your general review field. Make your review as long as you like, but we prefer you keep concise and focused on the file you're reviewing.

Total Posts: 958 | You guys should make it so u can save your username and password in the little login thing on calcgames regular frame. Because it's slightly annoying after i clear my cookies (for some *cough* odd reason) and i have to go all the way in and set it back up in the forum. |

Total Posts: 2486 | it's not possible if you clear cookies. there would be way to identify you then. or are you talking about that "save user" checkbox? if so, then it can be added fairly easily. it just looks kinda off there.

Total Posts: 2486 | Okay, this happened again. Please, if you're taking time to write a review, make it look like a review. Don't just say "Bleh, this game sucks!" and give it the lowest rating possible. If that's the only thing you want to do, then just choose "1" and rate the game. If you do want to say that something sucks, WRITE our why it is so. Don't review games that you didn't play but think they suck because they're in Basic. Don't say false things about games or other files. Be constructive. There's a reason why our rating system has 10 levels, this is to give YOU more flexibility rating files. It's not like on some site where there are only 3 or 5 levels. As I said before, those who just say "this sucks" in their review will have it deleted...
