Since the old message boards and any and all PMs on it have been nuked, I want to talk to you. I've been trying for a while to get word on my levelset for SSP. Unfortunately, you haven't returned my PMs, probably due to work on this new forum system. My question is this: Did you get the levelset that you told me you'd compile for me, seeing as I did not have the proper software to do so?

(Note: Anyone other than 3fg who posts here will be punished in some kind of excrutiating way. Probably by having their post deleted.)

The board's still there. I did recieve the levelset and they sat on my desktop (which is like my to-do list) for a while. I'll get right on it.

john777, I'd delete your post if I knew how on this forum.

Dammit! There's no delete button!

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. 3fg: I'll definitely have to redo the levels. Level three, for example, requires you jump to a platform at the beginning, but your path is blocked by a ladder. However, for the sake of debugging the (other) levels, I'd appreciate it if you still compiled the old version anyway.

I don't know how to delete or edit posts in the new forum.

Ok, I'll make them sometime today.

Hey guys, you can still use the old forums. They're still going by the old url and probably won't go anywhere anytime soon: Old Teemz Forums
As with deleting, I think poster can only delete their post while there are no replies. Admins and certain mods can delte stuff for you if needed however.

In the new forum you can edit all of your own posts, but unless you are a moderator you can't delete anything (unless of course you just want to delete the text of your post).

I didn't know you were able to delete your own posts in the old forum, every time I tried to it told me I didn't have the rights to do that even if it was the latest post. I guess it doesn't matter now though.

Wow, that's lame. There should probably be a thing in the forum coding in which you can delete any posts in a thread you created. That would be a good thing.

Because people would abuse it. If some common forum visitor wants to rebel, he can easily cause a lot of damage by deleting all of his posts, causing confusion everywhere.

How many forums do you know of that allow you to delete your own posts? I only know of several, and CalcGames.org is not one of them.

I know on the old forums I was able to delete my post only if I was the last one to post. Can that be set up here?

It is much easier to suggest solutions when you know nothing about the problem.
