I don't know if i'm the only one who suffers from this problem, so I'm postin' this to find out and get some helpin'.

Sometime when I'm playing games, the screen will mysteriously shift and compress to the left side, leaving part of the right side as it was the instant of the anomaly.

Can any explain, or help, if possible?

is that your own program that does that? can you btw point out which progs do that. i'd guess they its possible that there's a bug in these progs that incorrectly shifts screen memory bits. btw, does the shrunk version takes exactly 1/2 of the screen? also be 100% sure there are not basic parts in this prog.
