I just got a TI-83 today and i was wndering if you can program games onto it without gettng them off the intrnet or from someone else

You can only write BASIC games on it. It's a big pain to this, to do it, download ti-83 graph link software. Download the games from the internet, and open the program to edit in the graphlink software. Then copy the commands exactly as the program shows, however BASIC games are usually (imo, always) boring, and overly slow.

Technically, you can write ASM programs on an 83+(se). But it's a massive pain, it's unwieldy for anything but the simplest ASM programs.
