I need help doing this. Because i dont have enought room in my RAM. Please explaing in detail. I just got my Ti-83plus/se yesturday

it came with a book only 60 pages big but i dont think thats it.

There is an option in the graphlink software for the 83 Plus that lets you send programs directly to the archive. Or, if you prefer TI Connect, there should be an option that lets you send the programs to the archive as well.

Or, if you wanted, you could clear up your RAM by archiving things. Then go from there...

press 2nd and +

Go to the 2nd choice (Mem Mgmt/Del...) and press enter, go to all the programs that don't have an asterick and press enter, an asterick should appear, meaning its archived. The Free RAM number will go up, Free Archive will go down.
