Ok I'm new to this kind of stuff. I have a TI-83 Plus. I resetted all memory on it and tried to upload a previous version I saved on it to the calculator. All the files got on but theyre out of place. Things such as Startup, CBL/CBR are not in the Apps menu. How can I fix this? Is it possible to have the calc return to the state it was at purchase.

Technically yes, and technically no. You can reset all your memory as you just did. Now your calc is at its factory settings. Go to education.ti.com and register as a user and register your calculator. Everything that cam on you calc will be able to be downloaded after you register your calc. Hope this helps.
