Total Posts: 4 | i downloaded ion and it said put "ion.8xg" onto ur TI-83+, i have TI-84+, its same thing right ? anyways ...the zip file didnt come with a file named "ion.8xg" so i just put all the calculator files onto the calculator and thinking that atleast one of them would work ... non of them worked ... when i ran it, an error came up, ERROR:ARCHIVED. can anybody help me? cant play most games without it =/ |

Total Posts: 29 | I've tried downloading it also, but it doesn't work for me either. So I said screw it.
But all games for the 83+ will work for the 84 series.
And the file must have come with ion.8xg or else you wasted your time. Because other people have downloaded ion and it works for them. |

Total Posts: 2486 | Yeah, I've seen peeps with this problem already. I suggest you give MirageOS a shot, DaPro. Its prolly the only shell that works well on 84 series. The 83+ ION games should run under Mirage on 84 tho.

Total Posts: 4 | ok i found out how to fix this error ... was pretty stupid too ... unarchive the file by going "2nd" then "+" and select unarchive ... LOL NOW I FEEL STUPID ... but when i install it and open it, it has a syntax error =/ |
