Total Posts: 1 | Okay, My computer doesn't recognize the TI-84 Plus device when I try and send files to it. How can I send this to the calculator when I can't find the send-to TI-device? |

Total Posts: 2486 | Hey, here are a few things to check:
-make sure all cables are connected tightly (duh!)
-make sure the calc is turned on and on home screen
If that's all good, make sure TI-Connect version that you have is the most recent. If that still doesn't work, have a look at this nice FAQ page with troubleshooting section (section 4.4.3): http://tifaq.web1000.com/?p2.htm

Total Posts: 1892 | Another thing to point that may be a problem is that you cannot plug your calculator to your computer until AFTER you install TI-Connect. That is a very important point, and can screw up the whole connection.
If you were kind enough to follow TI's instructions on installing the calculator, then follow Z's instructions. |
