I wanted to know that if I take a game ie. APONG and re-program it (2 player, 0 player, a secret pratice level, and diffulculty) is it against the rules to re-post it if I changes the name and if I get the orignal programmers permission can I re-post it? (APONG, QUEST2:TMS) :img09:

Edit
It depends on the author. Just get their permission, show them the new version, and give them credit for the original. Most programmers are awesome and will let you. I know I would. But just in case, ask first.
