I just got a new TI89 Ti, it doesnt have half the programs that the TI 84 SE has, is there any way i can put the periodic table, and other programs on my new TI89 Ti?

.....try getting the programs and sending them to the calculator. Check out this site's Calculator FAQ to find out how to get programs on your calculator.Unfortunately, you might have to purchase these programs from TI.

And in case this is ur first experience with such things, the 84+'s APPS are not compatible with the 89Ti. (Unless I'm wrong, if so someone please point it out)

84 is only compatable with the 83's. 89 ti has a completely different language.

Yes, the 83+ series and the 68k series share alot of the same basic programs, written with different languages (z80 and 68k don't mix very well. :-) )

So you can get the periodic table in the 89, I believe that ticalc.org has a flash one, and TI may have a free on as well.
