If the game if coded for your calc then you probably need a shell, go ahead an download MirageOS in that case. Have a look at the Visual FAQ link at the bottom menu to learn how to connect to your calc and send things.

If you are talking about the kirby at the link below...that won't work on your 84+. Only files with .8x? and possibly .83? extensions will work on your 84+.

Try this visual [FAQ]. It's for the 83+, but should be the same for the 84+.

Download it and put it in a physical disk like a Floppy or zip drive if you have it then delete what you download and emtpy your recycle bin and nobody will be the wiser. :-)

Why couldn't it be sent to the calculator? Are you getting an error message?

Mustn't forget the v200, even if it is the odd member of the graphing calculator line.

I know. I was responding to the original poster.

BTW, that kirby game has strange grayscale effects on my Titanium. It flashes so much...

What type of link cable are you using? Make sure you have the current TI Connect version.

Well, you'd need to download and install MirageOS from the Prog section above. Mirage is a shell and will let you run Phoenix and other 83+/84 games.
As with emulator, no, current emulators don't support 84 series roms and thus you won't be able to use an emulator. Since roms are licensed and copyrighted you have to own a calc to use that rom on an emulator. Since roms can not be legally distributed, let's not continue this discussion. Just try to get games to work on your real calc.

Okay, freddie, two things...

1) You are not an admin, or even a moderator. Leave the overseeing to them

2) If you had read his post, you would have realized that he IS having problems with his 84+SE, which, unless I read the title of this topic is, directly related to the original poster's subject.

God, I hate n00bs who think they know everything.

Just cuz a n00b is a n00b on this site doesn't mean they are a n00b to forums in general. But yeah, leave the moderation to the Admins, they can handle it.
