Hey I have a TI-84 Plus SE. I was trying to upload a game from the computer to the calculator and it said I had insufficient ram. I noticed here: http://www.ticalc.org/basics/calculators/ti-84plus-se.html that the calculator has 128K RAM, but it also said that only 24K is only available to the user. Is there any program or way to make more ram available?

No, The OS takes up the rest of that memory. You can archive some asm games and run them from mirage os, if they are compatible...

The OS doesn't use that memory at all (well, it does use some for bulk USB transfers, but that's rare). It can't as that would break backwards compatibility.
