That means that there are invalid characters in the name of the file, usually spaces. To fix it, click "Rename" and remove any spaces, then try again.

I tried that but it still says "The name for this variable is not valid."
Does anyone know any programs or OS's that will show all of your programs and let you rename them.
I know Mirage can rename programs but it doesn't show Mario levels.

When it says the name for the variable isn't valid, click rename and rename it to something without spaces, underscores, or special characters (e.g. mariolv1). Sometimes TI-connect is picky about names.
