it said I needed FAT16 but I cant find any thing to format
fat32 to fat16!!

There's such a thing as FAT16? I never knew...

Try right clicking it and hitting "format" then choosing FAT16.

on my computer thats not an option it just says: FAT

Mabey i should format it with Linux,

It needs to be in FAT format. Be carefull if you don't have your flash in the right format it may crash your calc.

When it comes to Windows formatting, FAT is FAT16, is it not? I don't think I've ever seen a "FAT16" option...

Yes FAT is the same as FAT16
