You need an emulator to get animated screenshots.

Wow. i have bad gramar and spelling, but please atleast make sentences that are understandable, so that we the community can better help you solve your problem as correctly as possible.
If i am reading your question correct, you want an emulator for the ti84+SE. First you will need to download a program here which will help you creat a ROM image. Follow the directions very carefully. Now download the emulator here and follow the directions to putting the ROM image into the correct file. After that, start the up the emulator, right click the title bar, and choose the option to Load. What you need to load is the ti84+SE Operating System, which is on your CD that came with the ti84+SE. if not, you can download it for free from TI's web site. after that, load the game you want and run it like a normal calc!
Now to get the the animated picture, you need to download the program CalcCapture and follow the directions to take the video of the game while it is running.
well, there you go. There is one more thing you could try. There is a very easy emulator to use, and it takes up almost no room, its fast and reliable, and it make animations for you also. However, i forgot what it is. The only problem with it is there is no UI and its hard to guess what keys do what. Threefingeredguy know this program more than anyone i would say, so ask him if he doesnt post in this hread.

Alright so reading this I got curious and decided to try it and I am now stuck. I have made the rom of my TI-84 using the app-vars and I don't know what to do next. The tilem.tar is not recognized by my computer as a valid file type and the pindurti doesn't support ti-84's. Did I skip someting?

Thanks

.tar is a compressed file, like a rar or a zip. Just ask discretely for an anonymous person to send you an 83+ rom for PindurTI.
