What to do when your calculator freezes up. |
If your calculator is frozen, try these solutions to almost guarantee your calculator's revival! After trying each step, see if your calculator works again. If it doesn't work, move onto the next step and try again.
- Press the [ON] button.
- Check that the batteries are not dead.
- Take one of the batteries out and put it back in.
- Take one of the batteries out, press the [ON] button a few times, and then put the batterie back in while pressing [ON].
- Take ALL of the batteries out, including the little backup battery and lay it face down for about 15 minutes.
- Call or Email TI and see what they think.
- And for the ultimate last resort...Sell it on ebay.
