Total Posts: 35 | I Have Recently got an external hard drive for my laptop and noticed its connection was mini USB like my Ti-84's port.
Is there any program out there already that would allow me to hook my calculator to my hard drive and be able to utilize that hard drives memory?
My Harddrive does have to be connected to a power supply so i dont think powering the device would be any issue.
I dont know why I would want to this, I Just do, I mean wouldnt it be kinda funny to have a calculator with 500 GB of memory?
If there is no such program to do this then we need to give that Brandon Wilson guy a new challenge! |

Total Posts: 714 | You can try the MSD8X and USBDRV8X. Both are used to connect a flash drive to a calc. In theory I see no reason why it wouldn't work.

Total Posts: 39 | Don't those two programs only support FAT file systems? Wouldn't that limit how much you could store, or am I thinking of something else?
Also who knows, maybe Brandon W., or someone else might discover ways to execute from an external.
