so i have an idea of what im going to do for the mask, as my mom bought me a trenchcoat already for winter, and boots im getting or i can just borrow my dad's combat boots and the breast part i just need a vest, ill make those fancy pockets, and buy tubing, but the mask... thatll be hard.
ill do one of two things.
carve the maks out of wood. i have good ties to the woodshop from my former teacher mr tomas. easy access, i just have to purchase the wood. BUT, that leaves with the fact that i would have to carry around heavy wood on my face, and how would that be attached to a helmet of any sort, and i would have to take off the mask part for school ugh.
so the other choice is by a 3M facemask (one of those minigasmasks you see spray painters or laborers wearing) and buy molding clay to make it the correct shape. But what of the tubing? i would probably take off the right side and add the tubing.
soya. idk.
and there are speedo goggles, or any goggles, ill prolly find like $2 pair of goggles, and then all ill have to do is get like a black mardi gras mask behind that and then decorate it to look metallic. sounds pretty good. i just need to find a helmet. darn, i knew i forgot to research something. ugh.

my friend patrick and i love Killzone.
and last year i said i would do it this year, but i decided it would be easier doing a diff helghast without the mask.
turns out not so much easier, because that helghast has like body armor and twenty pockets and totally different stuff.
meh.
so i gave up and did doctor who

which looked ok and it took only tenty bucks addition to what i already had (pin striped pants- nice t shirt and tie)
soya.
so now i have to make it up and do this one.
because he said i had to. and it would be cool for comicon. considering comicon is only a half hour away and like... 15 bucks a day? i forget. i didnt do that last year i did volunteering. booo. owell.

Well I was but then I moved. When I lived in Ohio it was about a 1 hour 30 minute drive. But now it's like 11 hours. :( I wish I still lived in Ohio.

now
i believe production on this will start after christmas.
Christmas has already brought me my wonderful Doc Martins (expensive boots- last a lifetime though, so worth the money), and i plan to use future funds on my costume.
the first thing is the facemask.
20 dollars for a 3M commercial facemask.
easy enough.
after that- molding clay. the kind you dont have to bake. because i dont feel like baking 20 dollars plus the cost of the clay to find my facemask melted. XD
