I noticed my new game "BattleTower 1.34" has been accepted, but what happened to the little green "new!" tag that used to help new files stand out?

Maybe when we moved to the new domain they decided to get rid of that image because it clashed with the color scheme.

Well then they should change the color, because that NEW tag was very useful in getting new programs going and I would really wish theyd put it back to use (in the new site)

I never found it particularly useful.

its really good for noticing which programs weren't there before. I used it a lot when getting games, I had always looked through and the new ones caught my eye.

It could be magpies, but if you search "Crows and Shiny things" on google the first hit gets you a fun story.

To add to the first discussion I could live with or with out the green stars. I just look under the recent files menu under the login area.

I like shiny things. They are fun. Shiny Shiny

It is much easier to suggest solutions when you know nothing about the problem.

The tag was retired because I dislike shiny things.
