83+SE, definitely. :) Especially since I have not been able to obtain one of the 84+SEs... <.<

And I have everything on that list except the V200 :P

Not to mention it's more affordable than the "higher-level" calcs.

That wasn't what I was talking about at all. I was referring to your other sentence, which suggested that there was emulation software for the TI-89 making it possible to emulate other 68k calcs.

Well, technically, I guess an 89 could emulate itself. In fact, it has to, but not a v200, because of the difference in screen size.

Oh. Well, if you look at the screenshots for the TI-89 OS and the 68k OS, the calculator screen is identical. Or maybe it was the TI-82...

You can't mix up the 89 or any other 68k calc with a 82.

It's not my fault! I know next to naught about calculators other than the TI-83 family! The only reason I know this little bit is because I was randomly looking at shells the other day, and noticed two that were supposedly for different calcs had the same calculator screen!

73, 82, 83, 83+, 84+ all have the same screen size

85 and 86 have the same

89 is all by itself, as far as I know

The 92 and 92+ should be the same, not sure if the voyage 200 is in this boat or not...

Anyways, a good way to remember the processors: Anything less than the 89 has a Z80. The rest (until the NSpire is released) has the 68k.

Please don't do that. The only time anyone else (besides the newbies) did that was when the new forum was almost unused. I would have hoped that 3fg's locking of that other topic would have enlightened you; you really need to stop doing useless things, even if you enjoy increasing your post count.

Well, I thought it was a bump.

And I don't honestly care about my post count. In fact, the only post-count-related thing that would cheese me off was if my post count became a single-digit number.

GAWD, I loved that movie. What with the "Eat me" kitty, and the guy eventually gives in, and his wife comes home after he eats the kitty's head...it's awesome.

Ok fine here is the alphabet for the h4xorz 1337.
a,A=4 b,B=8 c,C=( d,D=) e,E=3 f=F F=f g,G=9 h=H H=h i,I=l j=J J=j k=K K=k l,L=1 m=M M=m n=N N=n o,O=0 p=P P=p q=Q Q=q r=R R=r s,S=5 t,T=7 u=U U=u v=V V=v w=W W=w x=X X=x y=Y Y=y z,Z=2

And here are some phonetic spellings.

ck=x ers=orz

I hope that helps you be able to read the rest of it. I thought that it was the most simple encryption code known to man but that's just me.

You got G wrong. It's 6, not 9.

Translation, including numerous spelling corrections:

I would have to go w/ the TI84+(SE) Primarily b3cause it has a very nice user interface. I've programmed on all said calculators on the list except on the V200 and that's because I don't know anyone that owns one. I hate all other programming on all other calcs except the TI-83 family and the TI-84 family.

Oh now i didn't G is a 9 in the h4k0rz 1337. It is 6 in normal 1337 so there. Ha ha. I live thanks to autocorect. I can't spell. Without auto correct I'd rarely ever spell anything correct so Ha.
