these things hurrrrrrrrrrrt
they gave me heavy right off the bat
and are making me do a triangle with them
not just the up and down which is more commonly seen
a TRIANGLE
so it hurts 2x as much!!!!!!!
(not 3x cus... cus... okay then 3x as much)
