I start college today (band preseason! Woot!), and I'm not sure how much time I'm gonna have to visit my usual sites. I promise that I'll come back when I can. So, um, if worst-case-scenerio happens, goodbye folks, but hopefully, this won't be a goodbye. |

Total Posts: 1189 | My friend has 8 hours of band practice every day the week before school starts. I was lucky enough to go to a school that doesn't have a music program. Organized music education is so bad for people like me who are are already godly at their instrument.

Edit | The band is terrific, and it's a lot of fun. Though, I can't get wireless yet, I still have the campus center to respond when I have time. I should have plenty of time, so it's not a goodbye after all. :D
No tuba girls here. Though, I am on a co-ed floor, with plenty of very nice ladies. :) |

As for the co-ed floor... it has a huge hidden benefit. The floor's men's room is FAR less crowded. It's awesome! |

but i love ethernet... so fast... im running 56mbps on wifi. with ethernet i can run 100mbps. thats fast.

And that's just the local connection, has nothing to do with Internet speed (even at a Uni, they cap it well below that). It only matters if you are doing file sharing between computers on your local network. |
