I don't know how to run/work a certain program, where can I find this information?
Answer:
Most zip files here contain a readme file. Read it.

Tip: This readme may be called "readme.txt", "<program name>.txt" or just "readme" if file extensions are disabled. So basically, if there is any documentation in the zip file, read it.

The game that I'm playing seems to have a bug or error in it. What should I do?
Answer:
You should contact the author ASAP so he or she can fix it. However, chances are that unless the game is a demo version, it is not a bug and just a user error. Make sure that you read the readme as well- it may have a list of known bugs.
